Just recently in Hopewell Junction, New York; we renovated a customer’s home. This renovation consisted of the kitchen, hallway, living, dining, bathroom and stairs. We had to rip up existing carpeting, wood and ceramic tile. The homeowner had picked out hardwood for the kitchen, hallway, dining and living room. We did the same hardwood flooring on the steps by taking the pieces of the wood and gluing them together to make the tread, the riser we took some thin plywood and painted it white. The bathroom we went back with porcelain tile for the floor. The hardwood was solid 3/4 by 3 1/4 somerset color gunstock.
